Zone maps are training references: where to aim, grip or make contact.
Zone maps are training references at fit-up or walk-through speed: where to put your hands and shoulders, and where to look.
Temple
Throw short and tight around the guard. For the high kick, pivot the support heel and land with the lower shin.
Stay forward of the ear line: the back of the head is a foul in boxing, kickboxing and MMA. Karate stops short: within 2 cm for punches and 5 cm for kicks, skin touch at most. Taekwondo allows feet only to the head.

Nose
Step in behind the jab or palm heel with your wrist straight, and snap it back along the same line it went out.
Karate: stop within 2 cm (punches) or 5 cm (kicks). Taekwondo: no punches to the head.

Solar plexus
Change levels with your knees, not your waist, and drive straight through the center line. Recover to guard.
Fingers back, push hard with the heel of the hand to the middle of the chest, then run and yell for a safe adult.
Controlled contact, with an adult supervising.

Upper abdomen
Land a body jab or a snapping front kick with the ball of the foot, then go back upstairs with the same tool.
Base of sternum, armpit or shoulder line only: bend at the waist, shoulder to the belly, head behind the ball carrier, never across the front, wrap tight. Walk-through first.
Boxing: anything below the line from the navel to the top of the hips is a low blow.
Above the waist line, so it is illegal wherever the waist is the tackle line. Walk-through speed.

Liver
Dip left with your rear glove on your cheek, and drive the lead hook up and in under the elbow. Or switch-kick it.

Floating ribs
Turn the rear hip through and dig the hook or round kick in under the elbow. Finish centered, not leaning.
Stay in front of the armpit line: the back and kidneys are fouls in boxing and K-1. Mirror to the right side for southpaw drills.

How big is it?
67.5 in tall (171.4 cm, 5 ft 7.5 in), 35.6 in wide with its arms in guard, and 27.7 in deep. Each foot is 11.6 in long and 4.9 in wide, and the stance is 32.3 in across.
Is it really a full body?
Yes: head, torso, arms and legs. Low kicks, knees and footwork get a real target, not a bag that stops at the waist.
Which sports is it for?
The strike map marks 40 target zones and shows them by discipline: combat sports (boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, karate and taekwondo, wrestling, judo and jiu-jitsu), team sports (football defense, line and skill positions, rugby, and hockey and lacrosse checking) and self-defense (women’s self-defense, Krav Maga, and kids and teens).
How much is it, and when can I order?
The price is announced soon. Online ordering opens as soon as pricing is final; until then nothing is charged or reserved. Contact us with any questions.

Material and weight are coming soon.
What should I wear to hit it?
Train the way you would with a partner: gloves or wraps for punches, shin guards for kicks. See safety for clearance and safe use.
